Smokers Paradise

This was an experiment to represent the predominance of cigarettes in the Grand River First Nation reserve.
Each picture is a representation of a different store selling cigarettes. In total, out of a reserve which holds 24,000 members, 49 stores were found to have cigarettes for purchase. ( this number may, or may not be accurate )
Majority of stores were dedicated to cigarettes only, while few sold them along with other goods.

However, majority of these stores were located along the borders of the reserve to attract visitors from surrounding cities and towns rather than rely solely on business from within the community.
